The purpose of how spaces and their functions are presented is determined by the user’s requirements. It is intended in this project that all space can be experienced and used, without barriers or unnecessary partitioning and in the perception of continuity and fluidity enhanced by natural light.
The daily use of the kitchen, dining room and artist studio are in direct contact with nature. The possibility of eating and cooking outside gives way to the continuity and duality with the interior.
A calm space for reading and working is designated to the top floor, which allows also the flexibility to be a guest room, for listening to music and watching TV.
The main room, conceived, as a gathering place to relax in privacy and comfort are essential in an enclosed space. All developed in an area to maximize functionality, where fixed furniture, shelves, etc. are developed as an integrated system into space, leaving only isolated objects that come into contact with people and determine the comfort that determines its use.
