Framing Almost Complete – Ready for Roof

The framing is moving right along and the roofers are set to begin work today, which will get us closer to being weather tight. As with any project, we have made some changes to the interior framing to accommodate for the fact that some things look better on paper than in reality. Within the next week the windows should be in and then we will turn our attention to HVAC. We have also had to start to get a lot more serious about the kitchen and bathroom layouts for the rough pluming and the lighting plan for the electrician. We have great help in all of these areas and will share this information shortly as the plans finalize.
