What Makes the Smart Box So Smart

Hello FreeGreeners,

Above is the first rendering of the long awaited Smart Box product line which we expect out by the end of May.  The name of the game with this design is affordability.  The rendering above is from our DIY palette set.  As you can see much of the furniture in this line will be made by the owner\builder.  We will also have IKEA palette for those of us who are better with Allan wrenches than circular saws.  Also the limited windows and polished concrete floors help this budget friendly design retain great value.  The construction cost goal for this product line is an aggressive $150K or about $100 per square ft.

We have been receiving many requests for a smaller, "less expensive" design.  That said see below for the vital stats on this new product line and check our blog as we are quickly developing new content that we will share:
