T - 1 Day and Counting

Hello All,

Just a quick note tonight.  I am proud (after much hard work) to announce that as of tomorrow morning EST we will be launching the long awaited Smart Box Product line.  We all look forward to hearing your comments on this design, and to getting right back to work on next months release.  Thanks to all for the feedback and suggestions as we designed this product.  As always keep the great suggestions and feedback coming.

Also, just so you know, although the design will be going up tomorrow morning, we will be adding some of the more extensive DIY construction details to the CD's in the afternoon.  If you are a DIYer please make sure to wait until Friday afternoon EST to download the plans (or if you want download them twice, why not there Free).

I just discovered your website and it's very informative. I live here in Asia, and I hope you can feature some useful tips in designing homes here. We just have 2 seasons (rainy and summer), and the average temperature during summer is 37*C.

BTW, the rendering of the plans are wonderful. What software did you use?

I can now throw away all the plan books, etc. that were pretty much useless for small, green, passive solar home plans. Y'all's site is awesome and just what I have been looking for for years!! It contains so much information. I'm sure this will be a huge success for y'all and I'm very thankful to find it. Small, simple, and passive solar on a smallish budget. I love the Smart Box but with rustic exterior, carport and mudroom, and low pitched metal roof for rainwater harvesting. God bless you and your talents.
