Sneak Peak Of The Suburban Loft

As promised, above is a sneak peak at the first house plan in the Suburban Loft Product Line.  As stated on the site:  "Open floor plans and high ceiling loft spaces characterize this modern product line. The flexibility of the loft space makes these homes great for either a first-time buyer or a downsizing baby boomer. Sleek and minimalist in form, the Suburban Loft is perfect for a lakefront second home, suburban standout, or tight urban infill lot. Unlike most modern designs, these lofts perform efficiently even in cold northern climates. Double-height spaces, roof decks, and myriad built-in options allow you to add features typically found in expensive custom homes."

We are very excited to bring this new product line to you and are now looking at a go-live date of April 21st or 22nd.  After that will come the Smart Box Product Line which will be a set of our most budget friendly, and smallest house plans to date.  I am looking forward to sharing more about the Suburban Loft in the coming days, and highlighting some of the new functionality which will be coming on line this week.
