Hello All,

There is much more of this to come with the offical Premium Membership Lauch coming on Tuesday of next week, but in the meantime we wanted to show off our first new premium house plan

It may be ok for an area that doesn't get snow, but I'd like to be assured that the flat roof can hold a snow load. I also like the idea mentioned above where the roof can double as a deck. Can it hold plants? Especially for a lake house, what about the addition of a screened in porch?
