Well, as the always pervasive Christmas decorations are showing up in retail stores, we felt it was time to release our plans for 2009. If you are reading this you have probably just received our 2009 survey newsletter. If so, thanks so much for being part of our community in 2008, and we look forward bettering our service in 2009.
