    Eric White: For some reason the description of the Sections did not post in its entirety. Here is the whole description; Sections. The double height main living space allows for heat to rise and be ventilated out via operable windows. Operable windows are also present at the ground level to allow for cross ventilation keeping the space thermally comfortable in a passive manner. The southern elevations has a "double overhang" (roof and exterior living deck) which prevents sunlight from penetrating the interior in the summer but allows the low winter sun in to the space.
