What happens if cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your Premium subscription at any time by e-mailing Sales@FreeGreen.com. If you do this payments will all annual payments will be stopped and your account will be returned to a Basic (free) level. You can re-upgrade your account to a Premium status at any time.
Why can't I just buy a FreeGreen plan?
Funny you should ask. FreeGreen is currently working on launching (in Q1 2010) a sister, "for-sale" house plan site called Better House Plans. Here you will be able to individually purchase any of our Premium Plans, special "for-sale" plans that FreeGreen is creating, and plans from a select group of outside Architects and Designers that FreeGreen is working with to add house plans to this new site. Stay tuned (to our newsletter) for more information.
Can I Upgrade My Account Later?
You can always upgrade your account at anytime.
