    Maura Stephens: This is lovely except for the distance from bedroom to bathroom. I'd like to see it modified.

    maureen kathleen: We have a similar ridge top location surrounded by oaks and mountain views like this prototype. Ours is off the gris currently. We would be interested in puchasing this plan for their and for workers cabins at our ranch both. We love the craftman style simplicity.thanks.

    Feldman Architecture: Paul, The original guest cottage that is featured in the photographs does not have a kitchen. We add a kitchen to the original design for our FreeGreen posting. The kitchen is a simple galley kitchen as shown on the recently posted floor plan. The basic materials palette would be similar to the bathroom cabintery with stainless steel appliances and range hood. Sincerely, Feldman Architecture
